Delivery 1. Cost of delivery is £9.50 up to £50 value, £12.50 up to £400 value. Delivery is free for orders greater than £400. VAT is charged on delivery. 2. Returns Policy Our Returns Policy is that we will refund the cost of goods (less carriage) returned as unsuitable, provided they are returned within a period of 10 days from receipt. Goods must be returned in saleable condition, including packaging at the customer’s expense and we reserve the right to make an appropriate reduction to reflect wear and tear, damage or deterioration. VAT Exemption If you are a Charity or are disabled, you may very well be exempt or partially exempt from VAT.
